The Race Minnesota Modified Series (RACEMN) logo is a property of X.CELERATED of Silver Bay, MN.
Under the following conditions third parties (persons, companies) can use the RACEMN logo:
1. The logo can only be used to point to RACEMN. When used with a link on a web page, it should point to the url http://www.racemn.com.
2. All advertising/promotional materials that utilizes the logo must be approved by RACEMN.
3. The logo is used unaltered, without fancy enhancements, in original colors, original typography, and always complete.
4. In case you use the logo on products you sell commercially, you always have to contact us with a picture of how it will be used, and ask for explicit permission/licensing.
5. The text for the series wording is carefully considered. “Race Minnesota Modified Series,” “Race Minnesota Modified Series presented by OctaneTrade.com,” “RACEMN,” and “RACEMN presented by OctaneTrade.com” is correct usage in text. Please do not use “RaceMN” or “Race MN”.
